Elementary school-aged kids proceed through our rainbow curriculum. Six levels of skills (red & orange, green & yellow, blue & purple) keep our students challenged while allowing each athlete to proceed at their own pace.

RECREATIONAL
GYMNASTICS
Parents & Me ( 18 to 36 Months )
Coaches and Parents work in tandem to help students navigate skills and games in the class.
Parent and Me class is the perfect starting point for children aged 1-3. Through our specially designed program we aim to build your child’s motor skill and neural pathways in a fun and safe environment. Using classic children’s songs with a gymnastics twist for warmups, obstacle courses and the foundation of gymnastics to build co-ordination and stimulate the mind and body, coaches and parents work as a team to guide young gymnasts through their class.
Please Note: All Parent and Me classes include parental involvement; this is not optional. Children enrolled in Parent and Me classes cannot participate without a parent or guardian.

Twinkle (Ages 3 to 4 Years)
Our Twinkle gymnasts will learn the foundations of gymnastics in a fun and safe environment. Using all gymnastics apparatus, we guide the children through building floor, trampoline, bar and beam skills. Jump also takes the time to teach your children from a young age how to stretch and strengthen safely to reach their goals.

Sparkle (Ages 5 to 6 Years)
Stellar (Ages 7 to 8 Years)
This class aims to allow young athletes to learn gymnastics in an engaging, fun, and safe setting.
We encourage all our Sparkle students to reach their full potential while allowing each athlete to proceed at their own pace.

Our Stellar class focuses on teaching young gymnasts with strong techniques to achieve their gymnastics dreams. Using all gymnastics apparatus; floor, trampoline, bars and beam we coach our students to build new skills and improve their already acquired skill set.

Super (Ages 8+ years)
In our Super class we aim to help young athletes build strong technique and flexibility to conquer their gymnastics goals. Students learn and hone skills on all gymnastics apparatus; floor, trampoline, bars and beam. Our objective is to nurture and teach students gymnastics skills in a safe, structured and fun environment!

Bolts - Ninja - Boys
Our Bolts class is a recreational gymnastics class for boys. In this class we lead young athletes through all the gymnastics apparatus, learning floor, trampoline, bars and strengthening skills. We aim to nurture, coach and inspire gymnasts in a safe, structured and fun environment.
Ninjas and Superheroes - If your child loves to jump, tumble and explore and is constantly on the go, our Ninja class is right for you!
Building upon the foundations of gymnastics we teach young athletes the basics of parkour and free running in a safe, indoor obstacle course setting. This class is perfect for young actors or aspiring stunt boys and girls!

This class is perfect for young athletes of any sport as well as martial artists and young performers too, such as dancers and actors. In our Tumbling class students will learn a variety of floor and trampoline skills such as; flips and tucks, cartwheels, aerial’s, handsprings etc.

Private lessons are customized to achieve the goals of ONE student. Jump Gym offers private lessons in Artistic gymnastics, Trampoline & Tumbling, strength and conditioning, and anything related to tumbling and gymnastics.

SKILL-SPECIFIC TRAINING
From a back handspring for tryouts to a gymnast wanting to master a cartwheel--we are here for you.
Unlike classes which follow a designated curricula, private lessons are 100% focused on the student's goals. For this reason, athletes can achieve dramatic results in far less time. Want to progress even faster? Ask for homework!
We have helped gymnasts, cheerleaders, ballet dancers and other athletes interested in building targeted strength and/or flexibility, specific skills, and overall postural changes.
GYM ACCLIMATIZATION
Afraid of the high beam? or bars? No problem! Our coaches can spend as much time as needed to overcome fear.
A gymnastics gym can be intimidating. We understand that not everyone can jump right into classes. Private lessons allow students to develop fundamental skills, learn about the various apparatus and how to use them, and feel more confident in a gym setting.
We are happy to tailor one or a series of private lessons to get your athlete where he or she wants to be.
